In the beginning, we developed together with the client the communication directions aligned with the brand. Then we moved to building an engaging communication based on the target group needs and that is how we developed a dedicated visual identification Instagram feed and Insta Stories project for DHL Parcel Polska.

The main axis of our activity is our Instagram profile, to which we gradually add valuable content, marketing messaging and information about current events from the world and from DHL. Our focus is on stunning graphic creations and animations to catch the user’s attention. Such activities are intensified by appropriately planned paid promotional actions on Instagram. In order to get the public more involved and to shorten the distance between the service and the user, we implemented consumer competitions, quizzes and the option for consumers to ask us questions. As a result, our profile range increases every single month!


Average likes grew from 70 up to a stunning 850 under a single post! Combined involvement of users grew by 800%!
